Vietnamese Law School Guide Myth

Good evening,

I would like to give forward either my experience and understanding about popular questions crossing youngsters' mind like "How can I choose the right university/courses/career path suit me?" or "I do not have a barrister father or so then should I pick up that law college ?" or "What I will do for a rest of my life?"

Generally speaking, signing the university entrance application was kind of complex and took me much consideration from the time of preparing everything until the week before the Orientation day in Ho Chi Minh City University. In the first place, law at that time was not the only interest of mine since I had been expected to seat at the top national Business/Technology schools owing to my high academic performance and hardworking. I could not remember how many nights I hardly slept to imagine my life after leaving high school. Honestly, what it looks like? I endlessly went around doubts and easily got stuck. The only thing I was sure is I want something totally different and better. The internet did not work well in my place so I failed to take advantage on the connections, forums, alumni or so except some career multiple choice tests. Motivation did not exist in my Vietnamese dictionary, even. What I was amazed could be studying abroad at Harvard. I simply reckoned "Oh, people here are talking about the Ivies League and they admire such degrees so my future employers might do, too". However, the sad and realistic obstacles would be my very poor English written/spoken skills together with social knowledge. I got nothing but Math premise, Chemistry, Physical and Biology high scores.

Since I might not afford financial budget and English criterion plus the most important was opportunity to approaching true information about US Education, I faced the truth which I may never be with my peers on their American path. Looking back many choices right here in Vietnam, yes were the Foreign Trade University and  Ho Chi Minh City Technology University or even the Ho Chi Minh City Pharmacy University , I should have been satisfied. Yet, I decide somewhere surprising or annoying my prof and Mom. I kept no explanation for my choice because I knew I were not that ready 100% about what would be next. Law school is locally safe and sound to me, I admit. My box was tight led to my tiny world.

Stepping to legal courses as Civil Law, I became a clear head. My writing performance, however, which played essential role to evaluate law students killed my scores as it was the result of inappropriate study focus from high school. Well, I did not know how can I struggled to be over 04 years at the institution. In fact, I can and it applies to all of you. Just be calm and study law in libraries/reading rooms or observing/following other guys in classes.

I do not know whether it is nice to list out one more myth. Studying law in Vietnam can be both easy/acceptable and wasting. I saw ones practicing as barrister in criminal/corporate courts without any law degrees but training in-house. I must say there are something and something wrong with the practicing law right here and I presume the local undervalue the law's role in life. Take the Intellectual Property Law as an example, I found it stunning after conferences/events named Enforcement/Implement/Infringement of I.P Law  in Vietnam then I sat that course in my schedule. The provisions are well structured, clear and easy to follow but in fact foreign investors claimed a lot and suffering/breaching existed and climbing up and up. My mentor interned at one I.P law firm without paycheck with the hope to land a job then. One day in our third year, he proudly showed off his international I.P training certification. In fact, he switched to be home district court clerk later after graduating/training. I left the conclusions on your behalf as it is neutral/justified.

The last question is the hardest part that I am not able to draw the deepest detail. What I must say is simply trying out all alternatives happening to us no matter how annoying/weird they might look. My prof. did say to me she finally answered that question when she took involved the process. That is, watching the way learners  pronounce and study confirmed the fact that she wanna devote all her energies/life to the role as a founder of the Easy American Pronunciation in my city. I will let you guys know more some day after I test her experience via following this way.

越南法律諮詢是瘋了

我曾與一位台商。我的工作是草擬強盜木材銷售合同。他的公司需要一名越南企業把產品賣給合同。他給了我他的觀念在台灣的合同。然後，我要譯了台商理解協議。擺在首位的，我做到這一點，因為我是一個自由職業者。通常我幹完工作，得到這筆錢。然而，這一次，我沒有錢。他叫等待，等待。後來，他分配給我的任務。

簽證

在越南，獲取中美簽證是不容易. 美國軍官可以假定一些越南學生不會回來他們的故鄉。
明天是我的簽證的會面。我覺得有點擔心和緊張。那並不是因為我的母親一直只是操作。它不也是由於這是我第一次有這樣的簽證面試.

不管結果如何，我認為，我有不少準備。
首先，我已付簽證和SEVIS袍金，並保存發票。
其次，我收集了我的本科成績單，IELTS，認證，入學和獎學金的信件。
最後，我加入了領事館的車間.

我記得美國教育勸告我要誠實，平靜下來。
不過，我仍然不能睡個好覺和早期。

The Tân Thành Flea Market.

This article is aimed to figure out the daily  lively site at Tan Thanh market where buyers could freely choose the most appropriate parts to fix their motorbikes. It is uneasy to locate which points of Tan Thanh to start describing owing to its diversity and crowds.

Firstly about the tradition markets' structure, there are at least 03 parcels covering 1 800 meters, namely B, C, and A lot. The reason I referred the B at the beginning is because this is the most profitable place and crowded. At the B, stores supply to most of the South and North of Vietnam together with several provinces nearby Cambodia/Lao.

The A lot mainly sell bicycles' parts and less attractive since nowadays the local prefer motors. A couple decades ago, this area attracted a bunch of clients.

Among them, the C lot seems the most traditional with solidarity and unity. Traders are pleased to offer  even   a single one simply need one replay/IC (Integrated circuit) for her bike with a good price. That is also the original start of YC Superdalim SME.

In sum, such Vietnamese market is a must to visit when one youth owes a bike whatever its brand is (e.g. Honda, Yamaha, Halim, and other local trade names.)

What is the World of Motorbike toys!

In the single corners of the flea market, locals can wander and get lost in a bunch of small stores where they can shop to drive smoothly. Someday, as the admin and marketer of such trademarks - I am pleased to publish the whole list of parts together with their promotion applied in the Southern o Vietnam, right in the District 5 - China Town.

Mother Day, Ho Chi Minh City

It'll be Mother Day, next couple days. The founder of the YC - Super Dalim is female and a great Mother so that's one of reasons today topic is written about.

In addition to be a great boss, the YC trade brand creator has experienced toughest periods during her own life to feed and grow up one lovely boy and talent babe girl. Honestly, balancing the private life and bizi operation is never the piece of cake at all. Trust me, she is successfully typical of Vietnamese women's talent. To a certain extent, such a Mother can possibly reach to the Vietnamese President or another 'Iron Lady' without her education limit. Yes, it is. Since that boss's background is pretty poor and disadvantaged, her childhood did not get any deep care from her own Mom who has other 9 kids to worry. Obviously like the national kids at the 20 century, the Mother has not take any for granted. To illustrate it, she had to pay for everything she wants like washing, wandering to sell cheap snacks, soya milk, lottery and etc  till midnight. If someone calls it's a nightmare point in her long story, I would confirm that it's all just the beginning.

The brand name and all SME enterprise play the essential part as a good daughter in her career. The evidence does not suffice to assume that the founder found any passionate inside the idea of motorbike shop. Yet, I still believe that she put all her effort to this business as it's the first, last and only way to earn food to the table for her hungry angels. The evidence laid in the lady manager's tears once the shop was broken and had the bad fine. Fortunately, there is still a shining silver in the sky and storms passed after all. The motorbike shop has survived, existed and promote as the fruitful contribution of the tiny team.

Some says the Mother Day ought to be the chance to celebrate and cheer up for the nicest thing. The story is needed to be real and true. By telling the past, the above Mother shall be highlighted her best sacrifice to her beloved and home. In the end, being a Mother looks like exactly running the most difficult and worthwhile in the world workplace. As said somewhere, unavailable things doesn't come easy and so it's never been forgotten. In other words, motherhood's memory or its success is not the destination but the process. Hopefully, I do not have another Mother or so and it must take that bike world the longest time to have the replacing creator. Let's see.
